At Nitaq Al-Jamal, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products (personal care and cosmetics), returns and refunds are only accepted under specific conditions.

Eligible Cases for Return or Refund

  • Wrong product received.

Note: Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photos of the issue.

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Dissatisfaction with product results (may vary by individual).

  • Opened or used products.

  • Requests made after 48 hours.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us at info@netaq-aljamal.com or 01011468026 with your order details and photos.
We will review your request within 2 to 3 business days and inform you of the outcome.

If approved, we will arrange the return or replacement.
Nitaq Al-Jamal will cover shipping costs only if the issue is on our part.
